Biography

I am a student in the Computer Engineering program at Concordia. To add to my learning, I wanted to get some extracurricular work experience. So I accepted to do an internship at Kat Innovation. The goal of this mini internship in office automation was to optimize and facilitate access to the company's files. The task had to be carried out meticulously, since there was a large volume of files from several platforms (One drive, private server, SSD, Hard drive, DropBox). These files had to be gathered on a single server. Several factors had to be considered when performing this task; eliminating duplicate files, categorizing these files and ensuring ease of access to them. We then implemented a flowchart and a new search system to facilitate accessibility. This internship allowed me to better understand the facets of business management as well as my communication skills within a project. My reliability, punctuality and discipline helped me to complete this project.
